Quality goods bought online can be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to the buyer.

The following conditions must be observed when returning goods:

  • the returned product must be in its original packaging in good condition;
  • the goods must be undamaged by the buyer;
  • the product must be unused and in good condition (labels and protective films intact, etc.);
  • the goods returned must be of the same composition as those received by the buyer - the gifts received for the purchase must also be returned.

Upon receipt of your request, we will contact you within 2 working days to arrange the details of the return.

Once you have received the goods and are satisfied that they are unused, the money will be refunded to the payer's account (or, if this is not possible, to another account you specify) within 3 days.

Defective goods shall be returned in accordance with the Rules for Returning and Exchanging Goods, approved by the Minister of Economy by Order No 217 of 29 June 2001 "On the Approval of the Rules for Returning and Exchanging Goods".
